Sunday 12th July

The final of The Eduardo Moore will be played on the stunning Ground 1 in front of the Royal Pavilion at 3pm, followed by the draw of the charity raffle in aid of MIND charity. Come along and enjoy an exciting afternoon of polo whilst supporting a wonderful cause.

The tournament is a tribute to Eduardo ”Gordo” Moore, one of the most remarkable Argentine players of all times and the heart and soul of his team, ‘Nueva Escocia’. The way he played polo was revolutionary for his time – throughout the 1960s and 70s. His skills both as a rider and in his handling of the stick and ball were exceptional. In 1986, Moore tragically took his own life. which deeply affected the polo community around the world.
