The Clubhouse

A Members favourite - relax and unwind on the patio with a glass of Rosé on a hot summers day, or warm up with a hot chocolate next to the gorgeous open fireplace during the winter months.

The Clubhouse provides a friendly and welcoming atmosphere to all with its stylish chesterfield sofas and unique chandelier, not to mention the stunning sunsets!

The clubhouse can host up to 100 people across the indoor and patio space and also boasts a private bar, exclusive access, large lawn area, beautiful views across the polo fields, large flat screen TV, bathrooms & cloakroom.

For larger parties, we can extend the Clubhouse with a marquee covering the patio for dining and dancing!

The Royal Pavilion

Fully redesigned and refurbished in 2018 by Greta Morrison, the Royal Pavilion really is the jewel of the Royal County of Berkshire Polo Club. With its stunning and opulent interior, the Pavilion is the perfect space for any occasion, from meetings & corporate gatherings to birthdays, anniversaries and weddings.

Enjoy a glass of champagne from the private bar whilst overlooking the beautiful ground 1 or, indulge in a delicious feast prepared in the commercial kitchen, and soak up the luxurious surroundings.

The Royal Pavilion can accommodate up to 75 people for sit down indoor dining or up to 80 for patio dining. As well as the beautiful interiors, private bar and commercial kitchen, the Pavilion also offers exclusive access, large outdoor patio space, stylish glass balcony overlooking ground 1 and luxury bathrooms.

Sponsors Area & Lawn

Located on the edge of Ground 1, the Sponsors Area & Lawn is a purpose made area that allows for marquees and a wide variety of structures to be installed. This exclusive area offers the flexibility to allow clients to take over and make it their own.

The Sponsors Lawn really is the ideal spot to spend the afternoon watching the polo on Ground 1 on a corporate outing, host a completely unique wedding reception or party the night away with your loved ones for any special celebration!

The area features its own parking for up to 100 cars, fresh water supply and power.

Your wedding day should be as unique and individual as you are. Our dedicated and passionate events team will work tirelessly to ensure you have all that you need on your special day. Our Royal Pavilion, impressive Clubhouse or stunning Sponsor’s Lawn offer something for everyone. Whether it is an intimate experience in front of an open fire in the winter, an elegant and charming affair in the Royal Pavilion or a bespoke marquee in the summer, we can caterer for it all.

CORPORATE & MEETINGS

Our first-class venue in its idyllic setting will ensure your corporate day is innovative, inspiring and memorable. We are able to provide corporate hospitality events at one of our scheduled finals days or we can arrange an exhibition match for your chosen day. We can offer packages that include team building activities (polo lessons, riding or options that don’t include ponies!), food & beverage packages and exclusive use of an area/ structure to host in.

We are lucky to have The Royal Pavilion, Clubhouse or Sponsors Area & Lawn available at the club. We have a space perfect for every event, from meetings or receptions to afternoon tea or fine dining experiences. For your meeting or event, we offer dedicated management, a wide variety of catering and bespoke menus from any of our listed caterers. From Hog Roast, BBQ or luxury picnic hampers to full gastronomical experience to rival Heston himself - our caterers have been hand picked to ensure that we always deliver.

TV & FILM

With our unspoiled and quintessentially British scenery, we can offer a bespoke package to meet the needs of your shoot. Access to hundreds of acres of land, a stunning pavilion, a clubhouse, a lavish marquee, polo matches, and lots more. Most recently the Berkshire has been used as a location for ‘The Crown’, ‘Bridgerton’ & ‘Made in Chelsea’. We offer exclusive hire of the venue to those needing discreet locations.

Brands have enjoyed shooting their products and their ambassadors at The Berkshire for many years. With locations that are not just limited to all things Polo and Ponies, we can accommodate location shoots for sporting stars, modelling shoots, product, fashion and automotive we have multi areas of varying architecture and moods to create your perfect shots.
