Bespoke group sessions based on the traditional Pilates principles with all of Cat's own creative methods, using the cutting-edge Balanced Body MOTR (all equipment provided).
The MOTR is a self-contained full body training system targeting strength training, balance and agility work, functional training, cardio and core: the workouts you need to gain a strong, agile body and balanced musculature. Sessions will be a proactive pace targeting all areas.
